Synopsis
The third roller coaster title in the Ultimate Ride series from Gigawatt Studios, Disney Coaster lets players build and ride coasters using thematic Disney environments of Toontown, Frontierland, Tomorrowland, and Main Street. Create unlimited climbs, loops, curves, drops, spins, twirls, and more, as you build the ultimate coaster interspersed with Disney props and characters. Custom sound effects, triggered by passing cars, can be added, or pre-recorded tracks used to enhance the thrill ride experience.
Roller coasters are judged (speed, g-force, length, design, prop placement, authenticity, and overall fun) by a panel of Disney characters including Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Pluto, and Donald Duck. Additional characters from Disney films, videos, and cartoons can be downloaded to join the judging crew, as well as finished coasters created by other players, from the exchange link at the official Ultimate Ride game site. For players seeking a more specific challenge, Ultimate Ride: Disney Coaster offers 15 mission-based tasks designed by the Disney Imagineer programmers. An "invisible track" feature lets players toggle the track on and off during rides.
