Synopsis
Los Angeles is a dangerous place in 2019, especially for those who hunt down trespassing Replicants -- synthetic life forms banned on Earth. Inspired by the 1982 film starring Harrison Ford, Blade Runner on PC is a graphic adventure game whose storyline runs parallel to the original tale. You are cast in the role of Ray McCoy, a rookie Blade Runner with a cynical personality and antisocial edge the profession requires. McCoy usually spends his days following false leads, but all that changes when rumors of Replicants spread following a savage attack on a boutique specializing in real animals. The plot thickens as McCoy uncovers the Replicants and attempts to stop their escape. Along the way, the Blade Runner must chase down leads and interact with an eclectic cast of characters to make life or death decisions.

As is the case with many late 1990s computer adventure games, Blade Runner is based on the original movie of the same name. The film, itself, was an adaptation of Philip K. Dick's classic novel, Do Andriods Dream of Electric Sheep?
