This sequel to the 2006 game Monster 4x4: World Circuit aims to up the off-road ante by featuring new tracks, upgradeable vehicles, and a variety of new and outrageous stunts. Monster 4x4: Stunt Racer put players behind the wheel of six different monster trucks and sends them hurtling around seven courses in environments full of mud, ice, and boulders. Each course features a variety of potential routes, making gamers choose whether to take the best racing path or pull off risky new stunts like barrel rolls and backflips to earn nitro boosts and make up valuable seconds. All six of the monster trucks are fully upgradeable, offering players the chance to improve every part of their vehicle, and Monster 4x4: Stunt Racer also features five unlockable supercars. There are 50 different challenges and more than 30 side missions spread across seven single-player modes, and gamers looking for multiplayer fun can take on up to three friends in "Truck Soccer," "Racing," "Freestyle Show-Off," and "Car Crushing" split-screen modes.
