Description

Simulations re-create a situation and put the player in control. Players might pilot a plane, coach a racehorse to victory, or even enter a dance contest. A realistic sense of cause-and-effect is often more important than fast action or a forgiving control scheme, even if the simulation is of a fictitious activity such as flying a spaceship or steering a giant robot. Simulations typically put the player into the driver's seat of a vehicle.
